Rich Cooper Bio Rich began his real estate career at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Marblehead in 2003. He was an annual industry sales award winner, and brought that success to the Remax Advantage team in December of 2006. In his first fiscal year at Remax (2007), Rich earned the prestigious 100% club award, and has done so again in 2008 and 2009.
While many agents had a tough year, Rich excelled in 2008. Out of the 250+ agents based out of Marblehead and Swampscott Rich was #5 in terms of production for the year 2008 with a total sales volume of over $9 million (including mls and non mls sales).
2009 proved to be another fantastic year for Rich. Out of the 250+ agents based out of Marblehead and Swampscott Rich was #5 (again) in terms of production, with a total sales volume of $10.6 million (including mls and non mls sales). Rich has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. From foreclosures to million dollar homes, Rich can be a guide in this ever-changing market.
Rich holds a Masters Degree from Boston University in Mass Communication with a focus on Marketing, and an Undergraduate Degree from the University of New Hampshire in Communication. He lives in Marblehead with his wife and three children (and two dogs). |
